1. Use of the Website and Services

• Permitted Use: You may use the Website to browse our portfolio, learn about our services, request a consultation, and for other lawful purposes. You may also use our design services to create a dream space for your home or business.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Website or our services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, including infringing on intellectual property rights, transmitting harmful code, or interfering with our operations.

2. Intellectual Property

• Website Content: The content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of InterioNotion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Client Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to the content you provide us for design projects.
• Project Ownership: Upon completion of a design project, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the design concepts and plans for your personal or business use within the agreed-upon scope of the project.

3. Design Services

• Project Scope: The scope of our design services will be clearly defined in a written agreement for each project.
• Fees and Payment: Our fees will be outlined in the project agreement. We require a deposit to commence work and may require additional payments based on project milestones.
• Revisions: A limited number of revisions are typically included in our design fees. Additional revisions may be requested for an additional fee.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals throughout the design process. They are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for construction.

4. Warranties and Disclaimer

• Services: We warrant that our design services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.
• Website: The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

InterioNotion shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Website or our services for any reason, at any time, with written notice. You may terminate our design services at any time, but you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InterioNotion regarding your use of the Website and our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by Law of India

Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. General Provision

InterioNotion disclaims any warranty if the Client breaches the company’s terms and conditions, misuses products, or employs them for non-domestic purposes.

InterioNotion has delivered services professionally, meeting industry standards and Terms and Conditions. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose, are waived

InterioNotion will not be liable if:

• The Client denies access for inspection or correction of alleged defects.
• The Client breaches Terms and Conditions, fails to maintain products, or engages third parties for repairs.
• Products are stored, used, or cleaned incorrectly, leading to damage.
• Damage arises from impacts, accidents, or unintended usage.
• Products are used outdoors or in non-domestic settings against recommendations.

2.Warranty Claims:

To claim warranty, the Client must present the warranty card. InterioNotion products don't universally come with a 15-year warranty; each part has a unique warranty.

1. A valid warranty card or proof of purchase from InterioNotion or other vendors is required for warranty claims. After verification, the product will be repaired or replaced with a comparable one, not exceeding the original purchase price. Due to material variations, the replacement may differ slightly from the original.
2. Unauthorized repair work voids the product's warranty coverage automatically.
3. InterioNotion’s modular furniture doesn't automatically come with a 15-year warranty; each part has a unique warranty. Site works, including site woodwork, are not covered by warranty.
4. Hardware may carry a manufacturer's 5-year warranty, if specified.
5. Warranty applies only to specific parts, not the entire assembled product.
6. Warranty terms are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable, and only benefit the original purchasers.

InterioNotion shall not be liable for damage caused by: continuous water seepage or dampness, misuse, normal wear and tear, or if dismantling and shifting are done by unauthorised personnel. InterioNotion's determination of damage causes is final.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. InterioNotion will initially attempt to repair defective or damaged woodwork under the woodwork warranty. Only if InterioNotion determines that repair is not feasible (at its sole discretion), it will proceed to replace the defective or damaged woodwork under the warranty. The Client acknowledges that InterioNotion's decision shall be final and binding.
2. Any scratch on exposed furniture must be visible from a distance of 3 feet to be considered for replacement under warranty. Minor scratches not meeting this criterion will not be eligible for replacement.
3. Additionally, if the Client purchases and installs a more valuable material under the woodwork warranty, they cannot claim or recover the additional value of the better material.

4. Third Party Products

1. In the course of project execution, InterioNotion may provide materials, equipment, appliances, and goods from third-party vendors, distributors, and manufacturers ("Third Party Products").
2. InterioNotion assigns and conveys to the Client all manufacturer and supplier warranties, along with operating instructions where available, related to Third Party Products.
3. Third Party Warranties cover specific aspects outlined by the respective manufacturers and suppliers. In case of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions herein and the Third-Party warranties, the latter shall prevail.
4. InterioNotion does not provide any warranty, express or implied, for Third Party Products and shall not be liable in relation to them. The Client's sole remedy for Third Party Products lies with the third-party vendors and manufacturers.
5. For each new product or service offered by InterioNotion, the warranties extended by the supplier or InterioNotion shall prevail.

Note: The above information is subject to change based on specific manufacturer/supplier terms and conditions.

False ceiling T&C

Coverage:

1. Warranty applies if the false ceiling's total surface area exceeds 150 square feet, subject to satisfactory inspection by InterioNotion's representative at handover.
2. InterioNotion will undertake necessary repairs and provide labor for re-application of paint coat to rectify any false ceiling failure, limited to the affected portion.

False Ceiling Failure includes:

1. Compromised board integrity, flaking, and peeling of joint compound, or detachment from the substrate.
2. Presence of cracks on the surface.
3. Growth of fungus and algae on ceiling surfaces over a minimum area of 5 sq. feet.

Exclusions:

1. Intermittent dripping of water due to vegetation, air-conditioning units, or other sources.
2. Water penetration from capillary rise, leakage, seeping, or continuous dampness.
3. Physical damage inflicted externally.
4. Defects due to failure in underlying structure.
5. Fading and chalking within normal limits on surfaces in coastal areas.

Note: This warranty is subject to change and interpretation by InterioNotion.

Assured Referral Program

Program Overview:

Welcome to InterioNotion's Assured Referral Program! We appreciate your trust in our products and services. To show our gratitude, we have designed a referral program that rewards both you and your friends for every successful referral.

How It Works:

1. Refer a Friend: Share your client number and client ID with friends, family, or colleagues.
2. Your Friend Makes a Purchase: When your friend makes their first purchase, they must provide your client number and client ID during the checkout process to receive a discount based on the ongoing offers at the time of their purchase.
